Review:

If you are a mitten lover, the 686 mountain mitten might be right up your alley. The infidry fabric is lightweight and stretchy and the PU palm material provides good grip when you want to reach down for a grab in the air.

It does offer a compatible element for touch so you can swipe and tap on your phone, but I’ve found that’s tough to use on mittens as it is. I really like this mitten for everyday conditions from the coldest days to the warmer days it provides great warmth. You may need a lighter mitten if you are riding in the upper 40’s or over, otherwise this is a great option for most conditions.

Overall Impressions

The mountain mitt is a great option for those of us that like mittens over gloves, it’s lightweight fairly breathable and will work out in most conditions for the entire season of riding, it’s comfortable and fits true to size.
