Review:
Adidas snowboarding hits the mark with another reasonably priced and minimalistic outerwear piece with their riding pant. This 10K Waterproof and 10k breathability is a skate inspired, relaxed fit snow pant that is very lightweight so you’ll have ample room to layer underneath on those colder days. This pant has a relaxed fit, but it’s not baggy. The riding pant is listed as a shell, however it does have a thin liner that I have not had any issues with and it’s true to its 10K breathability rating so far. The hip vents are good for dumping some heat, however I do feel they could be a bit longer and possibly placed slightly lower on the hip for greater ventilation.

Who is the Riding Pant geared toward? This is a stylish entry level shell pant that will keep you dry in most conditions with good ventilation for resort riding. If you stick to the lifts most of your season this is a great option for you at a reasonable price.

Pros:

  • great look and feel
  • lightweight Polyester material
  • webbed belt is great option and performs well
  • street style for the mountains
  • good waterproofing/breathability
  • zip front pockets and back zip pocket provide good storage

Cons:

  • waist feels a bit snug for a medium with buttons
