Never Summer 25 to Life Gloves Review:

I’m usually not a big fan of gloves, I like the added warmth a mitt provides. I wasn’t sure what to expect out of the Never Summer 25 to Life gloves with this being their introduction to the market, but I have been pleasantly surprised with them. The GOATech leather construction has proved to be extremely durable. Grabs and hand drags on big carves tend to be pretty hard on gloves. 25+ days on the Never Summer gloves and they could still pass for new. I used them in the full gamut of conditions at Grand Targhee Resort this past season. The HiPora 5000 Waterproof Insert kept my hands dry in every condition. I did find the GOATech leather does get a little wet on the outside, so I treated them with Nikwax to prevent this. Never Summer gave the 25 to Life gloves a 8 out of 10 on their warmth scale. I found them to be great for conditions between 0 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit. I really ended up liking these gloves a lot and the extra freedom and flexibility they provided. I prefer an under mitt/glove, so I liked that these fit easily under the cuff of my jacket. If you like your glove to be snug on your wrist, the 25 to Life glove has a zipper closure. I really liked the look of this glove, black leather with Never Summer logo really sets them off.

In summary, Never Summer builds bulletproof snowboards, you should expect nothing less from the new glove and mitt line. They have several more styles for next season so keep an eye out. The gloves are very flexible and provide ample warmth on most days.
