Review:
Sometimes it’s the hard to let go of a good thing. That’s true for the Original Rocker Camber Profile which I am very happy is still available in the Never Summer line up. The true twin Dipstick is new to the line up for Never Summer for the 2019-2020 season and looks to be taking the place of the Warlock. The shape is appealing with a blunt cut out nose and tail and the graphics are minimalistic and whimsical. The Dipstick is soft and playful right off the bat. Buttering and jibing is fun on this board and it has a surprisingly good amount of pop for a rocker camber board. Carving on the Dipstick is just as enjoyable too, you’ll be able to lay into turns and hold an edge easily with Never Summers Power Grip sidecut. Park riding on the Dipstick was really where I felt this board excelled. This board feels comfortable in the air and solid on landings the 153cm Dipstick was perfect for hitting medium sized jumps and any rail feature at Woodward Copper. The Dipstick would be a great addition for your park tool during the season. With that said this board would also be fun at your local area cruising laps on groomers or on powder days too, its really a jack of all trades so don’t rule it out for a daily driver.

Overall Impressions
I felt the Dipstick would be a great addition if you’re primarily riding park, and it will hold it’s own all over the mountain too. This board would be good choice for a freestyle rider looking for a board to use at a local resort. It’s fun, playful, and it’s made right here in the U.S.A in Denver, CO.
Pros:
- Fun Shape
- Carving is fun as you’d expect from Never Summer
- Original Rocker Profile rides well everywhere from Park to Powder
- Great Pop on Jumps and Locks in on rails
Cons:
- None
