Review:

I’ve been a fan of Volcom Outerwear for a long time and the mens deadly stones jacket is a great piece for your winter outerwear collection. This 10K breathability and waterproof jacket will take you through most winter conditions from snowy to sunny days it will have you covered.

This jacket has a good amount of storage with 2 hip pockets and a chest pocket that’s large enough to carry a phone and a snack for lunch. This jacket has a droptail fit so you have extra coverage for those cold chairlift rides and also has Volcom’s patented zip tech which allows you to seamlessly zip Volcom snow pants to their jackets to keep snow out when needed.

Other notable features of the Army colorway are the bright green zipper, which is pretty cool for some added style, pit zips, and critical tapered seams to prevent moisture from leaking in from snowy and wet conditions. This jacket is roomy enough to layer underneath for cold days and does well on warmer days with just wearing a base layer or t-shirt underneath.

Overall Impressions:

The deadly stones jacket from Volcom is a great jacket at a reasonable price for most conditions during the winter, for wet snow days you’ll want a jacket with a higher waterproof/breathability rating, but this jacket will work out from very cold to warm days when you need it. It has a great stylish look with standard fit (not too baggy and not tight), with lots of pockets for storing what you need the day, and a drop tail to keep you covered on those cold chairlift rides, check out the deadly stones jacket.
